The range of organic monovarietals of Baglio di Pianetto is composed of fresh, delicious and unmistakable Sicilian wines that present the perfect balance between sustainability and quality.

They are young, accessible and eclectic wines that can be enjoyed in countless ways, alone or with different dishes, ideal companions for everyday life. Straw yellow in the glass, the organic Insolia of Baglio di Pianetto is a fine wine, with little acidity, but intensely aromatic. Typical tropical aromas such as pineapple from this native grape variety flow towards you. On the palate it is structured and well balanced, intense and persistent.

Overall, this is a robust and harmonious white wine that expresses all the character of the Insolia grape.

Format: 75 cl.

Ideal accompaniment: Aperitif, fish, seafood, shellfish, octopus, thin, spaghetti.

Aromas: Green apple (Granny Smith), pear, peach, pineapple, orange blossom, hazelnut aromas. Grapes: Insolia.

Temperature for tasting: from 8 to 10°C.

Alcohol: 12.5% ​​vol.

Maturation: 1 - 2 years.
