1. DELIVERY
1.1. SHIPPING COSTS
We ship throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post (Post.ch). Shipping rates vary depending on weight and the chosen delivery method.

Up to 2 kg → CHF 8.50
Up to 10 kg → CHF 11.50
Up to 30 kg → CHF 20.50
Over 30 kg → CHF 57.00 (express courier)

⚡ Priority Shipping
Mandatory for orders containing cheese or fresh products to ensure next-day delivery.
Up to 2 kg → CHF 10.50
Up to 10 kg → CHF 13.50
Up to 30 kg → CHF 22.50
Over 30 kg → CHF 57.00 (express courier)

1.2. WAREHOUSE PICK-UP
You can pick up your order for free at our warehouse in Cadenazzo (TI).
You’ll receive the address and pick-up times via email after payment confirmation.
1.3. HOME DELIVERY
Currently, we do not offer customized home delivery (direct to your apartment).
Shipments are delivered to the indicated address and left at the door in case of absence.
1.4. Delivery of ordered products
The products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Depending on the assortment and delivery location, delivery is made by the Dolce Vita Shop's own delivery service or by one of the various delivery service partners. Delivery is made for private persons to the door of the home and for companies to the respective reception.
For reasons of quality and safety, Dolce Vita Shop aims to deliver the goods personally to the customer. The customer can specify where the delivery is to be deposited if he is absent. In the case of delivery via a delivery service partner, the goods are deposited at the delivery address, usually in front of the front door, in the absence of the customer or the contact person specified by the customer.
When the goods are handed over to the customer or deposited, the associated benefits and dangers - including, in particular, the risk of theft or damage by third parties or weather damage - shall pass to the customer.
1.5. Delivery times and adherence to delivery dates
Dolce Vita Shop and its partners make every effort to meet delivery times. However, all delivery times announced by Dolce Vita Shop are indicative only. Non-compliance with delivery times by Dolce Vita Shop and its delivery partners shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages.
1.6. Impossibility of delivery
If Dolce Vita Shop and its delivery partners are unable to deliver an order confirmed by Dolce Vita Shop, Dolce Vita Shop is not obliged to deliver otherwise. In this case the order shall be cancelled by Dolce Vita Shop. The customer shall be notified of this by e-mail.
In this case the customer shall have no claim to compensation.
The customer is obliged to provide truthful information and to comply with its provisions. If the customer violates these provisions and Dolce Vita Shop cannot deliver the order for this reason - the customer's address is incorrect or the customer does not turn up at home although he does not wish the Dolce Vita Shop delivery service to deposit the goods at his door - Dolce Vita Shop shall be entitled to cancel the order and claim an administrative indemnity of CHF 50.00.
Incomplete fulfilment of the order
Dolce Vita Shop endeavours to deliver all ordered products in sufficient quantity and in high quality. Nevertheless, in exceptional cases it may happen that, for a variety of reasons, there are insufficient goods available or delivery cannot be authorised. Dolce Vita Shop therefore reserves the right to make partial deliveries. In this case the customer will be notified by e-mail even before delivery of the goods.
Products that are not available at the time of delivery will be shipped later.
1.8. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are indicated when ordering. The amount of delivery costs varies depending on the delivery method chosen, the order value less any vouchers and discounts, and the order frequency. Depending on the assortment and delivery method, a minimum order value may apply.
1.9. Delivery note and invoice
Delivery notes and invoices are generally sent in electronic form.
