    Flavour Pasta Seasoning: Melt some salted anchovies in a frying pan with olive oil and chopped garlic until they disintegrate, creating a tasty base for seasoning pasta. Add chopped parsley and chilli pepper for a richly flavoured dish.

    Caesar salad with a twist: Use chopped salted anchovies to enrich the dressing of the classic Caesar salad. Their salty taste pairs perfectly with grated Parmesan cheese and crispy croutons.

    Pizza and Focaccia Topping: Add salted anchovies to pizza or focaccia before baking for a touch of Mediterranean flavour that contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the tomatoes and richness of the cheese.
