Ben Ryé 2022 has a golden colour with light amber highlights.

It offers a very intense bouquet that ranges from fruity notes of apricot, yellow peach and candied orange peel to tropical fruits such as mango and papaya and a hint of Mediterranean bush.

On the palate, the fruity notes, hints of herbs and sweet honey nuances return. Intense and persistent, with an extraordinary balance between freshness and sweetness, Ben Ryé is a seductive Passito di Pantelleria and one of the world's most popular sweet wines.

It should be served in medium-sized glasses, slightly enlarged towards the top; it can be uncorked directly before serving

 Format: 75 cl.

Ideal accompaniment: Perfect with dry almond biscuits, chocolate, jam and ricotta tarts. Also try the wine with blue cheese and foie gras.
Also excellent on its own as a meditation wine.
Aromas: Apricot, yellow peach and candied orange peel, tropical mango and papaya, followed by hints of Mediterranean scrub Grape varieties: Zibibbo

Vinification: in tank for 4 months and at least 10 months in bottle

Alcohol: 13.35% vol.

Maturation: To be consumed within 3 years

Tasting temperature: 12-14 °C.
