The Pear and Chocolate Colomba is a naturally leavened oven-baked dessert with small pieces of William pears instead of raisins and candied fruit.

Covered in white icing and crunchy chocolate chips, it's a deliciously sophisticated option for Easter. Made by Fiasconaro in Castelbuono, the quality and fragrance of the products are guaranteed by the slow leavening of 36 hours.

Furthermore, each dove is hand-packed and sold with a matching Fiasconaro bag, for a refined and delicious Easter gift.

Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh free-range eggs, candied pear (9%)
(pears, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), white chocolate coating
(8%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract),
chocolate chips (8%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier:
sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), egg yolk from fresh free-range eggs, natural yeast
(wheat flour, water, yeast), chocolate coating (contains soya), pear granules (1%)
(fruit (pear juice (16%), pear purée (14%), apple purée (9%)), fructose syrup, sugar,
rice flour, cocoa butter, gelling agents: pectin, acidifiers: citric acid, natural flavourings,
acidity regulators: potassium citrate), Sicilian honey, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids,
Marsala DOP wine, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavouring,
vanillin flavouring, rice flour, wheat malt, coating agents (shellac, gum
arabic). May contain traces of nuts, lupin and mustard.
