Crunchy Cubaita | Fiasconaro

Cubaita is the brittle of the Sicilian tradition. The Fiasconaro pastry shop in Castelbuono, in the Madonie, makes it by hand, with few ingredients and plenty of nuts.

In this version you will find two brittles: one with ALMONDS and one with HAZELNUTS, each with 40% nuts, bound with sugar and glucose and a touch of skimmed MILK powder. The result is a crunchy, tasty treat that tastes of nuts in every bite.

Two sizes, 180 g and 300 g. Break it up at the end of a meal, serve it with coffee or bring it to the Christmas and Easter table: it also makes a simple gift that is always welcome. Store it in a cool (maximum 20 °C), dry place, in its original packaging.
