Type “00” soft WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian candied orange zest 16.4% (orange zest 41.6%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, concentrated lemon juice, natural flavors), water, extra virgin olive oil 11.7%, sugar, EGG yolk from fresh category A eggs, natural yeast of WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian chocolate chips 3.5% (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa min 70%), carob flour 2.5%, flour of malted WHEAT (GLUTEN), salt, Bourbon vanilla powder. Sprinkled with sugar, ground carob powder and cocoa. May contain NUTS, MILK, LUPIN, SESAME, SOY and MUSTARD.
