Type “0” and “00” soft WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), cubes of candied pears 19% (pears cubes 57.9%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavors, concentrated lemon juice), BUTTER (MILK), water, sugar, EGG yolk from fresh category A eggs, natural yeast of WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian chocolate chips 3% (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa min 70%), apple purée (apple cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), skimmed MILK powder, salt, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Bourbon vanilla powder. Covered with Sicilian dark chocolate 9.5%: cocoa paste 60%, cocoa butter, muscovado sugar, sugar.

May contain NUTS, LUPIN, SESAME, SOY and MUSTARD.
