Wheat flour ‘00’ (gluten), natural candied apricot cubes 22% (apricot cubes 46%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter (milk), water
sugar, fresh egg yolk, natural yeast from wheat flour (gluten), skimmed milk powder, salt, malted wheat flour (gluten), Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pod in seeds. Coated with Sicilian dark chocolate 8.5%: cocoa paste 60%, cocoa butter, muscovado sugar, sugar.

To maximise the flavour and fragrance, reheat the panettone to 30°C for 10-15 minutes. Serve it:
- Special breakfast: accompany a slice with an aromatic coffee or tea.
- Elegant dessert: serve it with a mascarpone cream or vanilla ice cream.
