Apple and Cinnamon Panettone | Dolce&Gabbana

The scent of apple and cinnamon is the scent of the festive season: the Panettone alla Mela e Cannella by Fiasconaro and Dolce&Gabbana captures it in a soft, naturally leavened dough prepared with BUTTER, fresh EGGS and honey from Sicily.

Inside you will find plenty of candied apple (27%) and apple and cinnamon granules that perfume every slice. There are no raisins or candied citrus: the flavour is intense and rounded, perfect even for those who usually prefer something other than the classic panettone. On top, the typical cross-shaped cut.

The leavening is slow and gradual, taking around thirty-six hours, for a light, fragrant slice. The panettone comes in an elegant coloured tin by Dolce&Gabbana, in 500 g and 1 kg sizes. Excellent with a cup of spiced tea or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
