The Panettone Frutti di bosco is Fiasconaro's fresh, colourful creation: an artisan panettone, wrapped by hand in the Castelbuono bakery, in the Madonie, that brings the scents of the woodland to the table.

The dough, with natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh EGGS from barn-raised hens and honey from Sicily, is rich in semi-candied berries (13%), redcurrants and blackcurrants, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries, together with berry pieces and a touch of Marsala DOP wine. On top, white chocolate and chocolate crispies: the sweetness of the chocolate balances the liveliness of the fruit.

1 kg size. At breakfast it is excellent lightly toasted, with a tea or a coffee; at the end of a meal, serve it with a sparkling wine for the festive toast. A cheerful gift, suitable for the whole family. Store it in a cool (maximum 20 °C), dry place.
