Among Fiasconaro's panettoni, Rosa e Fico d'India is one of the most original: it combines the scent of rose with the sweetness of prickly pear, in an artisan cake designed to surprise anyone who tastes it.

The dough, with WHEAT flour partly from Sicily, natural leaven, BUTTER, fresh EGGS and Sicilian honey, is perfumed with rose water, essential oil and natural rose flavouring and enriched with chocolate chips. On top you will find prickly pear extra jam, a white chocolate coating and cereal crispies coated in MILK chocolate.
