Carolina Reaper paste is Sicilì's offering for lovers of extreme heat. The Carolina Reaper is a chilli variety famous worldwide for its heat: it is considered one of the hottest of all and for years held the world record for spiciness.

That is exactly why it should be used with care: you really need very little, even just the tip of a teaspoon, to give character to an entire dish. Taste it cautiously and, when using it, avoid contact with the eyes. It is a product made for true chilli lovers.

36 g size. Use it to spice up a tomato sauce, a plate of spaghetti aglio e olio, a bruschetta or grilled meat, or to make a chilli oil to drizzle over pizza. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat.
