    Ingredients

    Pasteurised sheep's milk, Salt, Pistachio 1%, Rennet, Milk enzymes. Refined in crust with extra virgin olive oil and chopped pistachios 1%.

    Usage

    Pecorino lends itself to many uses in the kitchen, from eating it raw on bruschetta with oil and cherry tomatoes, to enriching fresh salads, to grating it over pasta for a savoury touch. Try it grilled for an intensified flavour or paired with fruit for a sweet-savoury contrast. Accompany it with light white or rosé wines to enhance its flavour.
