    Pecorino Cacio Ghiotto, fresh sheep's milk cheese with olives stuffed with pepper, capers, chilli and rocket.

    A combination of spicy and savoury flavours that blend perfectly with the creamy, soft cheese. Perfect for a tasty and carefully chosen appetiser.

    Thanks to the variety of flavours, it is ideal for a tasty aperitif or appetiser, but also lends itself to the preparation of numerous versatile recipes.

    Ingredients

    Pasteurised sheep's milk, green olives stuffed with pepper 4% (green olives, pepper), salt, capers 1%, red pepper 1%, rocket 1%, rennet, cultures.

    Usage

    Pecorino lends itself to many uses in the kitchen, from eating it raw on bruschetta with oil and cherry tomatoes, to enriching fresh salads, to grating it over pasta for a savoury touch. Try it grilled for an intensified flavour or paired with fruit for a sweet-savoury contrast. Accompany it with light white or rosé wines to enhance its flavour.
