Originally made for a longer shelf life than fresh ricotta, it is slowly dried to achieve a unique flavour and texture.

Perfect as a replacement for grating cheeses, for an extra touch of flavour.

L'ho trovata n po troppo salata.

La ringraziamo per il feedback! Ci dispiace che abbia trovato la ricotta al forno troppo salata — probabilmente si è trattato di un’anomalia del lotto, anche perché questa ricotta viene infornata senza aggiunta di sale.
