    Iconic, versatile, unfailing in the kitchen! Minardo's Spaghetti Bio Integrali Timilia N.5 are a fuller-bodied format than the classic spaghetto, perfect for savoury sauces. Cooking time: 10 minutes.

    It is 100% Sicilian, 100% organic.

    Minardo Pasta is made with wholemeal durum wheat semolina from 100% organic Grani Antichi Siciliani. Handmade in Sicily, with raw materials of the highest quality, it guarantees a tasty, healthy and environmentally friendly product. We use only wholemeal semolina of Timilia wheat, characterised by an easily digestible gluten. The pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve all the nutritional characteristics and authentic flavour of Timilia wheat.

    Thanks to their long shape and full-bodied texture, Minardo's Spaghetti Bio Integrali Timilia are particularly suitable for recipes that require the sauce to adhere perfectly to the pasta. Here are some ideas on how best to use these delicious wholemeal spaghetti in your kitchen:

    With Savoury Sauces: The classic shape of Wholewheat Spaghetti allows sauces to wrap around them evenly. Try them with rich sauces, such as amatriciana sauce, carbonara or meat sauce, to enhance every bite with an explosion of authentic flavour.

    Fish Dishes: Spaghetti is ideal for fish dishes. Combine them with light sauces such as clams, mussels or shrimps. The pasta holds the oil, garlic and chilli sauces well, bringing out the delicate marine flavours, as in the classic spaghetti alle vongole.

    Vegetarian Dishes: Experiment with sauces based on fresh vegetables, such as tomato and basil, aubergine or courgette. Add herbs and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for a light but tasty dish that celebrates the quality of Sicilian Timilia wheat.
